30 - 40 people - “Parent Scientist Robots” (ESFE) to interact with student presenters. (We need a lot of these!) February 25, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. You will be assigned a small group of students. You will talk to them about their project. We will provide training at 6:00 the night of the science fair.
5 - 10 people - Set up tables in the multipurpose room on Wednesday, February 24, 1:00 – 3:15 p.m.
6 - 15 people - Help students set up exhibits on Thursday, February 25, 8:45 – 9:30 a.m.
2 people - Deliver ordered science boards to classrooms (a few times during February).
10 - 15 people - Coordinate/help with the decor for the science fair theme (we have most materials from last year). Wednesday, February 24th from 1:30 - 2:30.
2 - 4 people - Supervise science fair participants during the day of the fair, February 25, 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.
10 - 20 people - Take down tables and clean up after the fair, February 25, 8:00 p.m.
5 - 10 people - Take down themed decor on Wednesday, March 3rd 1:30-2:30.
